Typical Day:

Start shift with team check-in and production priorities Work as a floater , supporting different areas as needed Operate equipment, move materials, and complete production tasks Assist operators + learn new skills on the floor Track materials and complete basic documentation Rotate tasks based on production needs 👉 Bottom line: You'll learn multiple skills and increase your earning potential as you grow. ✅

What You'll Need Required:

🎓 High School Diploma or GED 💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 🏭 Comfortable in a physical, hands-on role ⏱️ Strong reliability and attendance
