Hours:
Monday-Friday; 6:00am-2:30pm Responsibilities Maintain all production areas in a clean and orderly manner consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices Perform repairs and maintenance of facilities, wells, production equipment, and safety equipment Ensure continuous operation of production platforms Maintain accurate production reports, test safety and environmental equipment, and document activities Possess basic machinery/system troubleshooting skills and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems Understand planning and scheduling techniques related to asset care management Maintain production standards and targets, identify areas for process improvement Document production activities by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches Complete all duties safely, adhering to company safety policies Maintain quality standards and production pace Requirements Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of production experience (must have) Experience working on a production line Experience in a GMP/SOP environment Ability to read and follow procedures; experience with GMP, FDA, SOP, Batch Records, and ISO is strongly preferred Add candidate responses regarding GMP, FDA, SOP, Batch Records, and ISO experience when presenting candidates Ability to communicate why they left previous employment Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems Strong attention to detail in completing records, reports, and documentation System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
