Hiring Immediately:

Finishing Manufacturing Associates ?? Orchard Park, NY We are seeking Finishing Manufacturing Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, or those looking to build their skills in a fast-paced production environment. Available Shifts ? 1st

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM ? 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM ? 3rd

Shift:

Sunday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Responsibilities Perform finishing operations such as deburring, polishing, reaming, tapping, and blasting. Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks. Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. Complete required production and inspection documentation. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to learn new processes and follow instructions. Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. Requirements Background check required. Drug screen required. Steel-toe boots required. ??
