Process Technician III
Location:
Painted Post, NY
Duration:
06+ Months Shift - Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. schedule. The Development organization is seeking a Contract Process Technician III to support CT scanning, image analysis, and workflow coordination in a manufacturing plant environment. This role is a strong fit for someone who is technically curious, dependable, comfortable working independently, and motivated to support both experimentation and manufacturing priorities. Additional schedule flexibility and overtime may be required based on business needs. What You'll Do Operate a CT scanner in support of development and manufacturing activities Perform automated and manual interpretation of images then communicate findings to data requestors Drive analyses independently, ask thoughtful questions, and propose next steps Provide logistical support for the work queue, including helping coordinate schedules as needed Set up and run measurement equipment independently after training Collect numerical data accurately and enter data into Excel Work closely with an engineering team in a manufacturing plant environment Follow all safety regulations and use required PPE and ergonomic equipment What We're Looking For Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and complete work accurately with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well on a team Dependable work habits, reliable attendance, and professional behavior A positive, self-starting approach to work Willingness to take ownership, ask questions, and shift between tasks as priorities change Technical curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying and preventing problems Reliable transportation to and from work Qualifications
Required:
Associate degree or higher
Preferred:
Degree in STEM, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, IT, Math, or a related field Experience is preferred, but training will be provided Work Environment Manufacturing plant environment Non-office setting Required PPE includes safety shoes and safety glasses #TB_EN #ZR Why TalentBurst?
