Job Description
Overview The Better Man Distilling Co. is seeking a Part-time Distillery Assistant. We are looking for someone with a positive work ethic who takes pride in doing their job well. The ideal candidate will be a quick-learner, able to follow instructions exactly and enjoy working in a small business environment. Responsibilities • Assist in routine tasks including measuring ingredients, bottling, labeling, and packaging finished products. Clean equipment used for the production and bottling of spirits. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized production area. Requirements Minimum of one year work experience, full or part time, in any job, Must be able to work on your feet for most assigned tasks. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs unassisted. Must have a valid driver's license. High School degree or equivalent is required. Able to work with minimal supervision and follow technical instructions precisely. Expectations Be available for assigned shifts, 16 to 24 hours per week, (Monday to Friday 9 to 5) with occasional weekend shifts. Ability and desire to learn new skills and complete tasks on time. Training will be provided. Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment where every day can look a little different. Positive, team-oriented attitude that contributes to our fun, driven, and community-focused culture.
