Production Associate

Introduction:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Production Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the quality of our products, ensuring proper packaging, and supporting the production process. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

Inspect and evaluate products to ensure they meet quality standards, checking for defects, inconsistencies, or contamination.

Machine Operation:

Operate production equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring proper functionality and addressing any malfunctions.

Packing Orders:

Accurately pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.

Package Handling:

Safely handle, label, and store packages according to company guidelines.

Physical Demands:

Lift up to 40 lbs regularly, ensuring safe lifting and handling of products throughout the production process. Standing/Sitting for

Long Periods:

Be prepared to stand or sit for extended periods while performing duties in a production environment.

Stickering:

Perform tasks related to packaging and labeling, including precise product placement and sealing. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Consistently wear required PPE, including gloves, masks, and other safety gear, in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/sit for long periods. Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Attention to detail and the ability to inspect and verify product quality. Comfortable operating machinery and learning new processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions. Must be reliable and punctual.
