Sunday•Thursday | 2:00 PM•10:30 PM (Overtime during peak season may include Fridays and/or Saturdays) Join a fast-paced, innovative print manufacturing environment supporting advanced print-on-demand operations for customers across multiple industries. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Control Associate to support digital printing operations in a dynamic manufacturing setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, enjoys coordinating production activity, and has strong workflow management and system skills. If you have experience in production scheduling, manufacturing coordination, or digital print operations and enjoy working closely with both technology and production teams, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain daily production schedules to support customer deadlines and operational goals Coordinate job priorities based on machine capacity, materials, staffing, and delivery timelines Monitor live production activity and adjust schedules as needed for rush orders, downtime, or workflow changes Balance workloads across digital print equipment and finishing departments Collaborate closely with operators, supervisors, planning, purchasing, and manufacturing teams Maintain accurate production data, timelines, and job status updates within ERP/MIS systems Support workflow efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives Track production metrics and ensure schedule adherence Actively engage on the production floor to monitor workflow progress and resolve bottlenecks in real timeQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of production scheduling or planning experience in manufacturing or digital print environments Strong computer and system skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP/MIS platforms Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven production settings Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Familiarity with digital print workflows and production processes Ability to work overtime, including weekends as neededPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with Client Indigo and Canon Production Inkjet systems Knowledge of EFI, PrintSmith, Avanti, or other print production ERP/MIS systems Understanding of prepress, finishing, and fulfillment operations Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge Experience with reporting, analytics, or production dashboardsPhysical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, and sitting throughout the shift Occasional bending and movement on the production floorWhat's Offered:
