Duration:
1-Year Contract Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to support the assembly and testing of precision electro-mechanical products. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, soldering experience, and attention to detail to ensure products are built to quality and engineering standards. Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to documented procedures and Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements. Perform functional testing based on customer specifications and engineering standards. Utilize hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment to complete high-accuracy builds. Perform soldering of components and wiring as required. Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow established manufacturing processes and work instructions. Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of assembly, manufacturing, or related experience. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in soldering and small-parts assembly. Proficiency using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively contribute within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ownership mindset with a commitment to quality and productivity. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work with small components requiring fine motor skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with electro-mechanical assembly. Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, work orders, and engineering documentation. Experience performing product inspections and functional testing.
