Job Description

Nesco Resource is hiring Line Support Team Members for a well-established client in Waverly, NY . This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and are looking for long-term stability with growth potential . Pay $16.00•$17.00 per hour Shifts Available (Monday-Friday) 1st

6:00 AM•2:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
2:00 PM•10:30 PM 3rd
Shift:
10:00 PM•6:30 AM Primary Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support production lines to ensure product quality meets company standards Troubleshoot minor production issues and communicate concerns to the Line Operator Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed Perform packing, bottle/can loading, and case/carton forming Learn and follow customer-specific stacking patterns Palletizing and other general labor duties as assigned Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times Qualifications Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly Comfortable working on step ladders and elevated platforms Experience using manual or motorized pallet jacks is a plus Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders Strong communication and teamwork skills COM035 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
