Production Worker

What You'll Do Production Workers at PM Research are hands-on manufacturers, not button-pushers. Employees are cross-trained and evaluated based on quality, reliability, safety, and mechanical aptitude. Depending on skills and performance, responsibilities may include: Precision assembly, finishing, and packaging of manufactured products Operating grinders, saws, presses, air tools, and production fixtures Supporting foundry, air production, model, sporting goods, and machining operations Performing in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Reading and following work instructions, drawings, and quality requirements Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas Supporting CNC operations for employees demonstrating aptitude and advancement This is a physically active, detail-focused, quality-critical role. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read instructions, drawings, and measurements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic math skills (measurement, counts, weights) Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Reliable attendance is an essential function of the role Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required — mindset matters more than resumes.
