•$19.00 per hour Overview A growing manufacturing operation in Hudson, OH is seeking a Finishing Operator to join its production team. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training provided, ideal for individuals with strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, meeting production goals, and maintaining safe, efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Assemble small components and finished parts Operate bending fixtures and presses to shape and install components Utilize hand tools for assembly and finishing work Perform quality checks using basic inspection gauges Maintain production flow and meet daily output targets Accurately complete required paperwork and production tracking Use RF scanners for basic transactions and tracking Replace labels and ribbons on labeling equipment as needed Lubricate machinery and maintain clean workstations Follow all work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or GED Ability to work overtime as needed Strong reliability and consistent attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:

1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience Experience using RF scanners (RF guns) Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Frequently standing, walking, bending, and using hands for extended periods Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment Visual ability including close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Work Environment Manufacturing setting with moderate to loud noise levels Exposure to moving machinery, vibration, and industrial conditions Occasional exposure to heat, cold, humidity, and airborne particles Safety equipment and protocols strictly enforced Why This Opportunity 4-day work week (long weekends every week) Entry-level with on-the-job training Stable, growing manufacturing environment Opportunity to build long-term manufacturing skills Uniiited is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
