As a fourth-generation family-owned business, we operate five locations and centralize all processing at our main facility, ensuring high-quality garment care and customer satisfaction. Job Summary We are seeking a Part Time Production Associate to join our dedicated team at City Cleaners. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our garment processing facility by performing essential finishing of textiles for each production day. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining our high standards of textile finishing and customer service while adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures. Duties Handle textiles carefully, ensuring proper finishing and garment care according to safety standards in production. Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and pushing carts to transport textiles within the facility safely. Maintain cleanliness of work areas by performing routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and workspaces. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Support customer service efforts by ensuring garments are processed accurately and returned in excellent condition. Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with cleaning, laundry services, or textile handling is preferred but not required. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and pushing carts safely. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents and ensure compliance. Strong attention to detail when operating equipment and handling garments. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions.
