GED Full Job Description Production Operator Shifts:
1st, 2nd, & 3rd
Shift Available Starting Pay:
$16-18 per hour
Job Description:
As a Production Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operate and monitor production machines to ensure efficient and accurate production processes. Set up, adjust, and maintain machines to meet operational standards.
WILL TRAIN
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet customer specifications. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance or escalate to maintenance team when needed. Record production data, monitor output, and report any issues to the supervisor. Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of machine operation or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to stand for extended periods. High School Diploma or GED Basic reading and math skills Must occasionally be able to lift up to 25 pounds
