Essential Functions of this position include: Manufacturing Associate - 1st Shift We are hiring experienced manufacturing associates for corrugated converting operations . This role is best suited for candidates with prior experience in an industrial production environment . What You'll Do Operate or assist on corrugating and converting machinery Work safely around automated equipment in a fast-paced factory Load, stack, bundle, and unitize corrugated product on active production lines Perform hands-on material handling , hand pack, and break-apart work Conduct quality inspections and remove non-conforming material Read and follow shop cards and job specifications Meet or exceed hourly production and quality standards Perform routine cleanup and basic preventative maintenance Accurately record production data in company systems Work as part of a manufacturing team Requirements Prior manufacturing or industrial production experience required Comfortable working around high-speed machinery and production quotas Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to lift 50 lbs , stand for long periods, and perform repetitive hand motions Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Preferred Experience in corrugated, converting, or machine-operator roles

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
