Production Associate - 1st Shift - 19/hr Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate for our 1st shift. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by monitoring and operating machinery in a slow-paced environment. Responsibilities Load material into the machine via a hopper at the front. Monitor the material as it is made into sheets and fed through the machine to a roller at the back. Sit at the machine to monitor for quality defects. Unload finished rolls and place them on a pallet to clear the way for the next roll to be made. Essential Skills 3+ years of manufacturing experience, particularly in machine operation. Ability to consistently lift 20-30 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Must possess a GED or high school diploma. Steady job history with at least one year in a consistent position. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with forklift operation is preferred. General labor and hand tool skills are beneficial. Experience in packing, packaging, and general production is advantageous. Why Work Here? The work schedule is a 2-2-3 shift from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm in a new, clean, and climate-controlled facility. Steel toe shoes are required, and hearing and eye protection are provided. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellevue, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
