Performing routine machine inspections and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime. Following ISO standards and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Collaborating closely with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: At least 2 years of experience operating punch presses or similar manufacturing equipment. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery. Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work. Reliable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts. Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
