FULL TIME
Production Associate to join our team in Brunswick, OH. In this role, you will operate food processing equipment, regularly lift and handle 50-110 pounds of ingredients, and perform routine sanitation of equipment and processing areas to maintain a clean and safe production environment. Impact:
Daily food processing, metal detection, packaging, and pallet building to meet quality standards and customer need-by dates Act to enhance efficiency and productivity by suggesting process changes and ideas Completes daily sanitation in production and surrounding areas Maintains the production environment to ensure safe quality food is produced as directed Minimizes the potential for cross contamination by strictly adhering to the Good Manufacturing Process policies in place What You'll Need to
Succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Manufacturing (specifically food manufacturing) experience preferred Ability to pass and maintain a forklift certificate as required by OSHA Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals, operating and maintenance instructions Ability to perform accurate weigh outs, and basic math as it relates to production Adaptable to scheduled changes to meet customer demand Safety awareness Good and timely attendance Ability to occasionally lift up to 110 lbs. and pull/push up to 2,000 lbs. with a pallet jack •Hiring not finalized until successful completion of background check•
