What You'll Do As a Production Associate II, you are responsible for producing quality products safely and efficiently while helping the team meet production and on-time delivery goals. This role requires attention to detail, steady output and strong teamwork You will: Operate a variety of machines such as CNC routers, lathes, cutting equipment, RF welders, heat seal systems, and industrial sewing machines Set up and adjust equipment to ensure accurate production Read and follow work instructions and drawings to complete tasks Check your work to make sure it meets quality standards Work at a steady pace to meet daily production goals Use tools like overhead cranes and pallet jacks to move materials Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to patterns Work closely with your team to meet production and on-time delivery goals What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude Reliable and on time Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and equipment Ability to follow instructions and solve problems as they arise Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of manufacturing or related experience preferred Basic math skills and ability to read measurements and drawings Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is an active, on-your-feet role in a manufacturing setting. You'll regularly: Stand, walk, bend, and use your hands throughout the shift Lift up to 50 lbs without help Work around machinery, materials, and varying noise levels (hearing protection provided where needed)
