Manufacturing Project Specialist

8AM- 4:30PM Workdays:
Monday- Friday The Project Specialist is a liaison responsible for providing quality service, performing research and analysis, managing project schedules, and executing effective communication strategies while working with HCL's Suppliers and Manufacturing teams to facilitate creation of solutions tailored to client needs while meeting company goals and expectations Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications is preferred, or relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) Experience in the customer service and sales field Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to work with and coordinate multiple teams and departments Proven performance in leadership, problem-solving, and resourcefulness Exceptional attendance and punctuality Summary Perform market and competitor research Manage complex manufacturing projects Identify all decision makers and contributors to help streamline communications between teamsDetermine product end-goal, intended use, functionality and purpose, and potential obstacles and applicable solutions Identify regulatory and customer SOP requirements Develop, outline, and modify project plans and track their progress Create project files for our management team and designers and prepare quotes for customers Hold Teams meetings to share project outlines, progressions, and visual aids as needed Relay valuable information to management in the interest of team and company growth Ensure work is completed on time to a high standard of quality Analyze bid requests to determine the best solution for the customer and the company Utilize all documented procedures and information available to make sound decisions related to problem resolution.Career Insights for Production Worker
