Job Description
Overview We serve the medical industry doing important work! Located just outside of Ottoville, we offer outstanding working conditions. We offer our associates a controlled environment, meaning you will work in a clean, air-conditioned plant with no forklift traffic or loud presses! Work is very light, non-assembly line work with very light lifting. Frequent rotation of assignments daily to prevent fatigue and offer exposure to all jobs. High automation and very limited physical demands. Atalys provides full-time associates a generous PTO package at time of hire, 11 paid holidays, 100% match up to 3% along with 50% match up to 2% on 401k, quarterly and annual performance bonuses, perfect attendance award, quarterly, along with a rich medical and voluntary benefit package. Position Summary Oversee and operates machines in a manufacturing or a clean room environment, maintains processes and procedures along with Safety and Quality manufacturing requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operates machinery and packs parts to meet quality and production standards. This may include a group of machines or a single manually attended machine. Works with other operators to maintain and improve the working environment. Maintain documentation and paperwork to support production activities. Obtains training from Supervisor, Set-up personnel and Technicians to enhance knowledge and experience in all aspects of the operation. Works with the Quality department personnel to ensure understanding and maintain current quality standards. Responsible for the housekeeping and safety of their work areas. Flexible and able to work in all areas assigned to meet customer requirements. Ability to visually inspect product for common defects and pack parts per operator instructions. Ability to work overtime. Adheres to the Quality Policy and Core Values of the organization.
