Job Description
- Job Title: Machine Operator
- 1st & 2nd shift available (4-10s)
- Pay: $20-24/hour
- Job Description
- Join a dynamic team as a General Production Worker in the water jet department, where you will play a crucial role in shaping foam packaging. This position requires a commitment to standing throughout your shift and the ability to accurately read a tape measure.

- Work Environment
- Work in a close-knit setting with 22 individuals, where collaboration and teamwork are key. The environment offers a choice between two shifts: 6 AM to 4:30 PM or 4 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.
- Responsibilities
- + Operate CNC water jet machinery. + Oversee the shaping of foam packaging. + Perform quality inspection. + Read and interpret tape measures accurately.
- Essential Skills
- + Ability to read tape measure. + Mechanical aptitude. + Experience in machine operation.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience in CNC operation. + Background in packaging. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.
00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
