Chardon Area Pay:

$17•30 per hour (based on experience) Shift Availability 1st

3:30 PM•12:00 AM Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join the manufacturing team in Chardon . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis mill-turn machines to produce high-quality precision components while meeting safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, including turning, milling, and multi-axis mill-turn equipment, to produce precision components Perform minor tool offsets and load materials as required Conduct routine inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve machining or process-related issues Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained machine area Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times Qualifications Prior experience operating CNC turning and/or milling equipment preferred Ability to make basic tool offsets and material changes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and specifications Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to work assigned shift
