Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Design & Production Assistant to join our custom apparel and printing team. This position combines hands-on production work with creative graphic design , ideal for someone who wants to grow in both areas. You'll assist in operating DTF (Direct-to-Film) printers and embroidery machines , prepare artwork for production, and help ensure every design comes to life with top quality.
Responsibilities:
Operate and learn to maintain DTF printers and embroidery machines . Prepare and adjust artwork files for printing and embroidery. Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for editing, color correction, and layout. Collaborate with the design and production team to bring client ideas to life. Assist in machine setup, calibration, and daily maintenance. Inspect and ensure quality of all printed and embroidered products. Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe production area.
Qualifications:
Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred). Experience in printing or garment decoration is highly preferred. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator . Creative eye for detail, color, and layout. Fast learner, reliable, and motivated to grow technical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills (a plus): Experience with embroidery digitizing software (e.g., Wilcom, Hatch). Familiarity with CADlink Digital Factory or other RIP software. Basic knowledge of garment materials, thread types, and heat press processes.

$14.00 per hour
