Eaglehead Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team. This position involves operating specialized production equipment used to manufacture small metal components. Responsibilities include monitoring product quality, handling finished parts, performing minor finishing work as needed, and ensuring all products meet company quality standards. This is hands-on, repetitive work that requires consistency, patience, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Operate specialized production equipment Monitor product quality throughout the production process Handle and inspect small metal components Perform minor finishing work as needed Follow work instructions and established production procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work safely while meeting production and quality expectations Communicate equipment or quality concerns to your supervisor This Position Is a Good Fit If You Enjoy repetitive, hands-on work Have excellent attention to detail Like working with small parts Can stay focused while performing routine tasks Prefer a small-shop atmosphere over a large factory environment Are dependable, punctual, and take pride in your work Are willing to learn and follow established procedures Experience Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, quality inspection, warehouse, or other hands-on work is helpful, but not required.
