You'll help build products people use every day and get paid fairly for doing it right. What You'll Do Assemble parts and components following detailed instructions Operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently Perform crimping, pressing, and installation of components Assist with forklift duties and material movement between stations Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards What Gets You on the Line High school diploma or GED Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift Comfortable working around machinery and following safety rules Team-player attitude — every role keeps the line alive Entry-level to skilled (forklift, warehouse, production, and/or assembly) candidates welcome; training provided for those who need it!
