Monday•Thursday | 8:50 PM to 7:00

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience setting up and operating press equipment required At least 2 years of manufacturing experience required Experience with progressive die machines preferred Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments Strong math and problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards Ability to load and unload material coils and perform physical production duties Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity

Job Duties:

Set up and operate progressive die presses, decoilers, roll straighteners, and feed equipment Perform routine quality inspections on parts throughout the production process Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime Complete production paperwork accurately and on time Ensure quality standards and production efficiency goals are consistently met Load and unload coils of material safely and efficiently Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify product specifications Follow all safety procedures and work instructions to maintain a safe work environment Clean and maintain equipment, dies, and work areas Support continuous production operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
