Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become trained and familiarized with a number of different manufacturing processes and equipment used in production operations. We need a skilled, versatile person who can work in a fast-paced working environment between the different tasks required for daily operations. We foster a dynamic environment in which the right candidate will be able to recognize and make a positive impact and contribution to our company. Responsibilities
  • The setup, operation, and maintenance of daily production and/or conversion equipment
  • Follow all standard operating procedures
  • Accurately record and document production activities
  • Develop and implement new processes and process improvements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work space
  • Maintain inventory management system as it applies to the assigned operation
  • Maintain 5S standards, implementation, and improvements
Skill and Education Requirements:
  • A strong attention to detail
  • A good mechanical aptitude with a "hands on" approach
  • Capable of working independently and collaborating as a team
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks to meet business demands
  • Proficient in the use of computers, Microsoft Office, and inventory management system
