7:00 AM - 11:00 AM About Findlay Vinyl Findlay Vinyl is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of custom swimming pool liners and safety covers. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our Covers Department. This position involves fabricating custom safety covers using specialized industrial sewing equipment and fabrication tools. Previous sewing experience is helpful but not required . We are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Operate industrial sewing and cover fabrication equipment Read and follow fabrication prints, measurements, and production drawings Assemble and fabricate custom swimming pool safety covers Install hardware, straps, webbing, and other cover components Inspect products for quality and accuracy Cross-train in multiple areas of the department Work with teammates to meet production goals Maintain a clean and safe work area What Makes Someone Successful The most successful employees in this department are: Extremely detail-oriented Able to stay focused throughout the workday Comfortable learning new skills and processes Coachable and open to feedback Reliable and dependable Able to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail is critical.
