About Us:
Conveniently located just off of I-75, Findlay Vinyl is an industry leader in the design and production of swimming pool liners and safety covers. We are currently accepting qualified candidates for the position of Full-Time Production Associate (1st Shift). About the
Position:
Team members at Findlay Vinyl work together to fabricate the highest quality swimming pool liners and safety covers, many of which have intricate, custom made attachments for walk in steps and benches. Findlay Vinyl promotes a casual, team driven environment focused on attaining goals and team-member development.
Perks:
Pay raises are awarded to high performers regardless of their total time of service. Monthly gain sharing bonuses for employees with good attendance. Findlay Vinyl provides health benefits, a 401k matching program after 90 days and optional additional coverage provided by Aflac. Individual health insurance contributions are approximately $20 per week for a single employee, or $55 per week for family coverage.
Candidate Requirements:
Interested applicants should be team-oriented individuals who are willing to work in a challenging and fast paced environment. They must be coachable and accepting of critiques. A successful candidate will be able to interpret assembly prints and 3-D drawings with ease. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required. Experience with Quality Control is also valuable. Qualified applicants should be adaptable and must be willing to cross train on other positions as required by production demands. Seasonal overtime is a requirement during our busy seasons which typically fall between March and July for pool liners and September to November for covers.
