General Production Worker - Die Cast Loader Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Die Cast Loader where you will play a crucial role in the production process. You will be responsible for ensuring machines are loaded and unloaded efficiently, performing quality checks, and moving materials throughout the plant. Responsibilities Load and unload machines accurately and efficiently. Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Move metal parts and materials throughout the production cell and plant. Set up machines and assist with repairs and troubleshooting as necessary. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude. Ability to operate industrial systems and machinery. Attention to detail. Willingness to undergo up to four weeks of training. Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, inspection, general labor, quality control, and machine operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in automotive manufacturing. Experience with aluminum/steel materials. Skills in quality audits and quality control. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericktown, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
