Full Time•40 hours per week About Us Noble Cut Distillery was founded as a craft distillery in 2015 and has grown into one of the larger distilleries in the Midwest. Our product lines range from vodka to a world renowned and awarded Limoncello line of products, to awards winning whiskeys, and ready-to-drink cocktails. From intimate tastings to large-scale festivals, our brand is built on community, creativity, and hospitality. Position Summary The Distillery Production Assistant supports all aspects of production, including grain handling, batching, blending batches, bottling, packaging, sanitation, and warehouse organization. This is a physically active role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily distillery production processes from raw materials to finished goods Managing the logistics and being able to drive a 16ft box truck from the Columbus, OH metro area, to Canton, OH, and around Pittsburgh, PA. Operate bottling, labeling, and packaging equipment Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, tools, and production areas Monitor inventory of grains, barrels, bottles, and packaging supplies Accurately complete production logs and quality control records Maintain warehouse organization and assist with shipments/receiving Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures Perform preventative maintenance and report equipment issues Work collaboratively with production and management teams Qualifications 1-2 years of prior brewery, winery, distillery, food production, or manufacturing experience required High school diploma or equivalent Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Intense attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and physically demanding environments Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills preferred Forklift experience is a plus Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be a minimum of 21 years old What We Offer Opportunity to grow within an expanding distillery Hands-on experience in craft spirits production Collaborative and energetic work environment Competitive pay based on experience Potential for advancement into lead production roles Schedule Full-time. 40-hours Monday•Friday, 9:00am•5:00pm How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your interest in the position and relevant experiencePay:
