General Production Worker

General Production Worker- $20-23/hr Job Description We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our blade department in a food manufacturing setting. The role involves loading and unloading materials on the production line, with a weight limit of 20 lbs per item, as well as sanding and grinding tasks. Responsibilities Load and unload materials on the production line. Perform sanding and grinding tasks. Ensure materials do not exceed 20 lbs in weight. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Essential Skills Good attention to detail. Willingness to perform repetitive work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is very clean and quiet, with team collaboration being a key element. Employees will be required to be on their feet for long hours, working primarily on the second shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Training will be provided on the day shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available on Fridays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gahanna, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
