Consolidated Precision Products (CPP Corporation) is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support our Defense & Aerospace operations within our Purchasing & Procurement and Supply Chain & Logistics teams. In this role, you will manage end-to-end sourcing of materials and services, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time delivery to critical programs. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and logistics to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity while complying with defense and aerospace standards. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement of materials and services for defense and aerospace programs Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and on-time delivery Issue purchase orders, track order status, and resolve delivery or quality issues Collaborate with Supply Chain & Logistics on inventory planning and demand forecasting Maintain compliant documentation aligned with defense/aerospace and ITAR/Export regulations Analyze spend data to identify savings, improve supplier performance, and mitigate risk Support new product introductions by coordinating procurement needs with engineering and operations Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and performance metrics (KPIs) Required Skills Strategic sourcing Supplier negotiation Contract management Defense/aerospace procurement compliance Cost analysis and cost reduction ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Data analysis and Excel proficiency Supplier performance management (KPIs) Demand planning and inventory management Reading technical drawings/specifications
