Dynamat is merchandised and promoted in large retailers, independent specialty Car Audio retailers and custom automotive restoration shops. Job Description:

What matters most is your work ethic, consistency, and commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities Accurately count, sort, and handle materials and finished goods Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Support team productivity goals and daily output targets Core Expectations In our operation, three things matter above all else: Attendance & Reliability - Being on time and present every scheduled shift is essential. Our production depends on it. Accuracy - Careful counting and attention to detail are non-negotiable. Mistakes impact customers and teammates. Quality Mindset - Every product that leaves our floor represents our company. We expect you to take ownership of that standard.
