Job Description

Operations Support Associate - Manufacturing & Assembly We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Operations Support Associate to support manufacturing, assembly, production, and material handling operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Friday Pay:
$20 an hour Key Responsibilities Assemble components, panels, pumps, controllers, and other equipment according to work instructions and specifications. Use hand and power tools to build, modify, troubleshoot, and repair equipment. Assist with production line setup, material handling, and delivery of materials to workstations. Perform basic electrical wiring, equipment testing, and quality control inspections . Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical and production issues. Receive, stock, pick, pack, and prepare materials and products for shipment. Perform inventory counts and report material or quality discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work closely with production, operations, and engineering teams to meet production goals. Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse operations, or mechanical work preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow diagrams, manuals, sketches, and work instructions. Experience using hand and power tools. Basic electrical wiring or equipment troubleshooting experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to differentiate between colored wires and electronic components. Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
