Job Description

Production Worker - 1st shift, $22/hr starting pay Job Description This role supports a chemical packaging facility by operating production equipment, feeding and removing materials from the line, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and housekeeping. New hires will train closely with experienced team members. 1st shift hours are 7am-3:30pm with OT as needed. Responsibilities Feed materials onto the production line in a safe and efficient manner. Remove finished products from the production line and stage them for further processing, packaging, or shipment. Operate general production and packaging equipment. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials and products using a sit-down forklift. Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards and report any issues or abnormalities. Essential Skills Previous experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Demonstrated safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety procedures. Experience operating a sit-down forklift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Basic understanding of production or manufacturing processes. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures. Capability to work effectively in a small team and communicate clearly with coworkers and leadership. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working with automated production or packaging systems. Experience in packaging operations, including packaging equipment and processes. Exposure to compounding, batching, chemical operations, mixing, or blending in a production environment. Experience with general production, machine operation, and quality checks. Flexibility to learn new processes, equipment, and responsibilities as the plant grows. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr. medical, dental, vision and 401K benefits all starting after 90 days.
