We are expanding our production department and seeking dedicated individuals to help support our manufacturing operations in Holland, Ohio. In this role, you'll be involved in various stages of the production process and will have opportunities to learn multiple work areas within the facility. We're looking for people who enjoy hands-on work, pay attention to detail, and contribute positively to a team environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily manufacturing and assembly operations Work at different production stations as needed Follow quality standards and safety procedures Use hand tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
