Job Title:
Manufacturing Associate (1st Shift) ($18.50/hr.) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join our team on the 1st shift from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting company products using powdered paint with an airless spray gun, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality control. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today! Responsibilities Paint company products with powdered paint using an airless spray gun. Maintain equipment and adjust as needed to ensure a quality product. Understand all paint equipment including powder oven and liquid paint equipment. Wear a respirator and perform all duties associated with wearing this equipment. Work independently with little direction. Read and understand Job Operation Listing Report. Accurately enter job transactions using shop floor data collection devices. Follow written work instructions and complete required quality documents. Perform required quality checks. Load and unload powder coat oven line. Organize paperwork and ensure proper identification of products. Properly wand jobs. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience with hand and power tools. General labor and production experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production, assembly, painting, and construction. Knowledge in paint preparation and powder coating. Work Environment Work in a clean and well-lit environment. The job requires standing, walking, using hands to handle objects, reaching with arms, and communicating effectively. Occasionally, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary. Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huron, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
