Job Description
Join Our Team as a Brazer We're looking for a dedicated Brazer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll work with refrigeration components and systems, helping build high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment. We offer competitive pay , with an additional shift differential available for overnight shifts , giving you the opportunity to earn more while building valuable manufacturing experience. Job Duties Braze hard and soft copper lines with precision and attention to detail Assemble shell-and-tube condensers and threaded pipe systems Assist with refrigeration system assembly as needed Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned Work safely with materials and equipment while maintaining quality standards Requirements Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed Physical & Work Environment Ability to push up to 50-pound units on a conveyor system Comfortable working around natural gas, acetylene, oxygen, and nitrogen in a manufacturing setting Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
