Start with thorough, structured training, mentorship from more senior Techs and managers who are ready to help, we're here to help you succeed. What You'll Do Operate extrusion and blow-molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly. Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling and pressure, as needed. Troubleshoot equipment and handle basic maintenance tasks. Check product quality to ensure everything meets customer standards. Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes. Keep learning and growing with on-the-job training and Plastipak Academy courses. What You Bring At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. A knack for working with your hands and solving mechanical problems. Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required. Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems helps too. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
