Job Description

The Production Cell Leader has overall responsibility for their production cell including safety, quality, and performance. They will work with their department to ensure company policies and procedures are met and provide leadership, training, and support to team members. You Will Develop and execute plans for the efficient use of materials, machines, and personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives Model leadership best practices to build a strong, motivated, and engaged team within a positive work environment Troubleshoot and utilize root cause analysis techniques to develop robust permanent actions for customer complaints and internal production issues Manage daily priorities within the department, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met Uphold safety, GMP, ISO, SPC, and other quality standards Drive operational excellence within the department, championing a culture of continuous improvement You Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a similar technical area; OR, three to five years related experience and/or training; OR, equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment. Willingness to assist with technical troubleshooting as well as operate production equipment through relief periods as needed. Strong leadership, social, and interpersonal skills to be able to lead effectively, relate to team members, and motivate individuals.
