Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. We work Monday thru Friday 1st shift. You will need to wear a respirator. Weekly attendance bonus. The ideal candidate will have experience with forklifts and heavy equipment but not required will train. Duties Conduct regular inspections of equipment and products to identify any defects or issues. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in the training of new employees on production processes and equipment operation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Experience operating forklifts, will train if needed. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
