L-H Battery Company, Inc., located in Jeffersonville, Ohio, is a Joint venture of LG Energy Solution and Honda to manufacture large lithum-ion polymer batteries. Products from L-H Battery power a variety of innovative energy storage applications.

Responsibilities include:
Coordinate production activities across internal production teams and outsourcing contractors to optimize operational performanceMonitor and analyze key operational KPIs including On-Time Delivery, Production Target Hit Ratio, Yield, Capacity Utilization, and Inventory Accuracy.
Coordinate production schedules and monitor day to day production performance (In house and outsourcing contractor)Support capacity planning and capacity utilization monitoring for in-house manufacturing operations and outsourcing contractorCross functional collaboration with production, outsourcing contractor, procurement and logistics team.
Coordinate and synchronize operational data across manufacturing and enterprise systems (MES, ERP, WMS, SCM, MRP, etc.)Inventory management of raw material, WIP inventories, Product Inventories (In house and outsourcing contractor)Coordinate shipment and logistics schedules to support on-time deliverySupport root cause investigations and implement corrective actions related to production, quality, and operational issues.
Evaluate production feasibility and maintain Line of Balance (LOB) planning to support capacity and production readiness.
Prepare routine production status report and communicate operational performance updatesPerform other duties as assigned
Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Summary:
The Production Control Specialist 1, is responsible for supporting production planning, inventory control, capacity management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure stable manufacturing operations and on-time delivery performance.Responsibilities include:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial engineering or relevant experience0-2 years of experience in production control, supply chain, or manufacturing operationExperience in outsourced production and supplier management is a plusKnowledge/Skills:
Strong computer skills required, including ERP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Manufacturing Legacy SystemStrong interest in automotive industry and basic understanding of manufacturing processExcellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentationAble to work flexible hours occasionally to support team needsDemonstrated teamwork and effectiveness in accomplishing goalsAbility to multitask and solve complex problems.Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills.
