$19.50/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-4:00

Full-Time Job Summary We are hiring Production Operators for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Killbuck, OH. This is a hands-on position working in a rubber manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but training is available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment and control systems safely and efficiently Assist with the rubber mixing and manufacturing process according to established procedures Read and follow production instructions and standard operating procedures Identify, handle, and prepare raw materials used in production Inspect materials and batches to ensure quality and consistency Monitor production processes and maintain batch consistency Complete production and quality paperwork accurately Perform equipment and work-area cleanup Perform basic equipment maintenance as needed Complete production reports and inventory-related tasks Rotate between different areas of the department as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods of time Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints Strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment and varying temperatures Ability to bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to work overtime as needed Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Commitment to following all safety procedures Why Apply? $19.50/hour 1st
