Position Overview As a Bread Production Associate , you'll support the daily production of our baked goods by shaping, panning, prepping, and maintaining workstations. You'll contribute to an efficient production line, ensure product quality, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in doing the work right.

Primary Responsibilities Pan and Shape Dough:

Follow specifications to roll, shape, and pan dough efficiently and consistently. Keep Pace with

Production:

Maintain a steady rhythm and work with purpose to keep up with the team. Prepare for

Changeovers:

Reset and prep workstations during product transitions to ensure smooth operation.

Unload Ingredients:

Assist with unloading and organizing ingredients to support daily production needs. Clean as

You Go:

Keep equipment and workstations clean and sanitary throughout the shift.

End-of-Shift Cleanup:

Fully clean the production area to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Slice Bread (As Needed): Operate slicing equipment safely and effectively. Package Products (As Needed): Package finished products with accuracy and care, meeting quality standards.

Additional Duties:

Support other bakery tasks as needed to help the team succeed. Required Qualifications Must move with urgency and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to communicate and collaborate well in a team setting Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional attitude Must be able to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM Must demonstrate a respectful and positive workplace demeanor Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and stack boxes/crates weighing up to 50 lbs High attention to detail when checking products for food hygiene, quality, and consistency 0-1 year of experience in a production environment; food production experience is a plus Must be comfortable working around food processing equipment, including slicers Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift Perform repetitive hand and arm motions with precision Work in varied temperature conditions (warm bakery and cold storage areas) Wear required apron/hair net and follow bakery safety and sanitation protocols
