Fashion Cleaners is seeking a Dry-Cleaning Production Team Member to join our plant operations team. This role is critical to delivering quality results for our customers. Every garment that moves through our plant represents someone preparing for an important moment, whether that's a job interview, a wedding, a business meeting, or a special event. We are looking for someone who can be trusted to follow systems, solve problems when they arise, and consistently produce quality work day after day. No prior dry-cleaning experience is required. We are happy to train the right person. What You'll Do Start up plant equipment each morning, including boilers and air compressors Sort garments according to care instructions Inspect items and identify stains or issues requiring special attention Learn stain treatment techniques and garment care processes Operate dry-cleaning, washing, drying, and finishing equipment Fold, weigh, organize, and route completed items correctly Monitor supplies and assist with basic equipment maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Help ensure every order meets quality standards before reaching the customer Who Thrives In This Role You may be a great fit if: You naturally pay attention to details others miss You enjoy solving problems and figuring things out You like following systems and processes You are organized and dependable People describe you as trustworthy and consistent You take ownership of your work You enjoy staying productive and checking tasks off a list You notice when something doesn't look right and take action to fix it You prefer doing things correctly the first time rather than rushing through them This role is often a great fit for individuals with backgrounds in manufacturing, production, quality control, maintenance, logistics, warehousing, automotive work, skilled trades, food production, or other process-driven environments.
