Industrial Sewing Technician Pay:

$16.00 per hour

As an Industrial Sewing Technician , you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality paint pockets and HVAC filtration products that keep air clean and systems running efficiently. Your stitches won't just hold materials together—they'll help power industries. What You'll Do Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble raw materials into paint pockets and HVAC filter components Read and follow work orders, patterns, and specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and durability standards Adjust machines, thread, and tension as needed for different materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily output goals Identify and report material defects or equipment issues promptly What We're Looking For Experience with industrial sewing machines (manufacturing or production environment preferred) Ability to work with heavy or non-traditional materials Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to stand, bend, and use hands repetitively throughout the shift Dependable, team-oriented, and production-focused mindset Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Bonus Points If You Have Experience sewing filtration products, industrial textiles, or similar materials Familiarity with quality control standards in manufacturing Basic mechanical aptitude for machine adjustments Why You'll Love Working Here Stable, year-round manufacturing work Supportive team environment where your skills matter Training provided and opportunities to grow Competitive pay and benefits The satisfaction of creating products used in real-world industrial applications Ready to Stitch Your Career Together? Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English competently.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with measurements.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous production or assembly line experience preferred.

• 10-hour shifts
• 5:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday
