Requirements Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic understanding of workplace safety practices Job Duties Assist with the operation of machines that manufacture cardboard boxes Manually feed cardboard into production equipment as needed Monitor machine operation and report issues to supervisors Maintain production quality standards Assist with material handling and movement of finished products Keep work areas clean and organized Follow all food-grade manufacturing requirements and safety procedures Physical Capabilities Steel-toed shoes required Casual work attire and shorts permitted No jewelry, fake nails, or fake eyelashes permitted due to food-grade manufacturing requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. What You Will Do As a Machine Assistant you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
