What You'll Be Doing:

Assemble electronic components such as switches and sensors Operate production and assembly equipment Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Learn multiple stations through cross-training Use basic computer systems for production tracking

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail Good attendance and reliability Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) Basic computer skills
