Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will help assemble military-grade impact wrenches that will be used by service members around the world, supporting critical operations where reliability and performance matter most. As a Part-Time Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components accurately, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure each finished product meets specifications before it leaves the facility. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay focused in a production setting. Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are just as important. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and parts according to specifications and standard operating procedures Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams Basic mechanical aptitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to package, palletize, and store product after assembly Schedule Part-time hours. First shift (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Profit sharing plan including quarterly and end of year bonus package.
